1. Are all your products authentic?
Yes—every sneaker, apparel item, and accessory sold by The Shoe Rush is 100% authentic and brand new. We source directly from trusted retailers, verified distributors, and brand partners. No fakes. No exceptions. Every item undergoes in-house inspection before being shipped or stocked in-store.
2. Do you sell used or worn items?
No. The Shoe Rush only sells brand new, unworn, and deadstock products. Every pair comes with original packaging and is inspected for flawless condition.
3. Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our store location in Sydney, Australia (120 Waldron Rd, Chester Hill).
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes—we ship worldwide. We currently deliver to the USA, UK, EU, and other select countries via Australia Post International. All international shipments include tracking. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Can I track my order?
Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its journey in real time.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Please contact our team to begin the return process. (Full Returns Policy available upon request.)
8. Can I visit your store?
Absolutely. We welcome walk-ins at our retail location:

9. Do you buy sneakers from customers?
Yes—we buy brand new, unworn, 100% authentic sneakers. Bring them in-store with original packaging for evaluation. We do not accept used or worn pairs under any circumstance.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Afterpay, ZipPay, PayPal, and in-store EFTPOS. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
