At The Shoe Rush, we want you to love your purchase. If your item doesn’t fit quite right or you’d prefer a different style, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, depending on stock availability. depending on stock availability, if the same item is unavailable in a different size, we will try and source it.
Please note, some of the items we sell are vintage/collectible items and may be for collection purposes only or to be worn at own risk. Please understand this when placing your order, if in doubt please ask.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

In original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchange Exceptions – The Shoe Rush
Please note the following items cannot be exchanged:

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in our exchange policy.
