2. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website and in-store are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable. We accept multiple secure payment methods including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and ZipPay. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, shipping method, and external factors (e.g., customs, carrier delays). The Shoe Rush is not liable for any delays once an item has been dispatched.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unworn and in original condition
In original packaging with all tags intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
We are not liable for pairs older than 2 years, wear at your own risk.

5. Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or cancelled unless approved by The Shoe Rush. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

All items are subject to availability. In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be offered a full refund or store credit.

How long will it take to get my orders?

For Standard Parcel Post, delivery times typically range from 2–4 business days within the same state and 3–6 business days for interstate deliveries. If you need your order sooner, Express Post offers faster delivery, with 1–2 business days within the same state and 1–3 business days for interstate shipments.
